Created in 2018 by the Innovation & New Uses Department, the Hermès Lab is an internal expertise and service center whose mission is to explore the technologies and uses of tomorrow to support the business units in identifying and implementing initiatives in these new digital territories.

To this end, BBS is assisting Hermès in the design and development of its internal Hermès LAB platform. The goal is to train and inform Hermès employees on the importance and usefulness of this Lab.
